Inside Sales Associates
The primary role and duties of the Inside Sales Representative is as follows:
- Serve as the first point of contact for existing design and advertising clients
- Process quotes/orders for design projects or advertising services
- Qualify customer needs and specifics about web development products or advertising services they will use
- Up-sell new products of existing clients
- Thorough understanding of sales objectives and initiatives
- Ability to work closely with other inside sales associates and outside sales personnel
- Understanding of key advertising vendors
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of two years inside sales experience
- A college degree is preferred
- Knowledge of the telecom field and outside plant is preferred
- PC skills and MS Office are necessities
Web Designers
C.A.D. Enterprises L.L.C. requires Web Designers to contribute in the web development and advertising services production process. Web Designers are required to:
- Basic HTML work
- Strong understanding of CSS (cascading style sheets)
- Working knowledge of S.E.O. (search engine optimization)
- Experience in one or more graphic editors such as Photoshop or Fireworks
- Experience in DreamWeaver
- Understanding of PHP and MySQL
- Assist in composing web pages and other web-based projects
- Strong communication skills when meeting with clients
